I hate even giving them the 1 star. I just left them and will not be returning to that store again. I have been dealing with them for years and have sent many people there but tonight was the last straw. The service used to be top notch and they all seemed to care but the folks they have in there now.
Went in this location with my mother to pay off her phones and inquire about other equipment and service options, the Associate that was helping us was very polite, respectful and helpful. With that being said there was another Employee in the store named KIM that did not and was not helping us but continuously interrupted our conversations with our Associate and amongst ourselves, Kim was loud, rude, disrespectful, made faces at us and made EXTREMELY rude comments to us and about us to other customers that were in the store. Very disturbing that someone with such a nasty attitude is working with the public. I would not advise anyone to do business at this location, take your money someplace that appreciates your business.
