Poor customer service and blatant lies by sales staff and manager that promises what he cant or wont deliver plus 800 or email response from gamestop is lackluster to say the best. Use to love dealing with Gamestop but will probably never shop there again unless they fix their mistakes or make good on promises.

Poor service, no follow up or notification if a preorder does not arrive on time, this isbthe 2nd time they screwed me over. Was a year since I stepped foot in the pocomoke store and tried to give them a 2nd chance and gamestop disappoints yet again
They are knowledgeable but they don't call for pre ordered games which is really irritating. I pre order for a reason and want the extra service.
