I went to the parts department to get a brake caliper mounting bolt for my chevy blazer.The parts people told me that the only place i could get a brake caliper mounting bolt for a chevy blazer is at a junk yard. so i wonder if the midway chevrolet service department gets their chevy blazer caliper mounting bolts at junk yards? i found the bolts at autozone in their dorman help section, and while i was at tractor supply i checked their bolt section and they also have bolts that will fit. The midway chevrolet parts department is worse than useless,it`s hard to believe that a chevrolet dealer parts department thinks that the only place to get chevy blazer brake caliper mounting bolts is at a junk yard! I`m sure they have the bolts,perhaps the parts dept folks were just too lazy to bother finding it,or they are completely incompetent.
Helpful and honest. Fixed my sons car. Also helped with kids having place to color and little snack to eat. Very honest good people with a commitment to helping
We were visiting from Pennsylvania. Camping our truck broke down. They told us to bring it right in. They hooked us up with a rental. And 2 days later it was fixed.we are very grateful for thier help . We didn't miss any of our vacation. Thanks guys.
Please read this review all the way to the end. I purchased a preowned 2012 Chevy Sonic from Priority Chevrolet. Within days of the purchase, I noticed that the passenger seat airbag wouldn't always activate. I made a appointment with the service department at Priority Chevrolet and my wife took time off from work to take the car in to be looked at. My wife waited in the waiting room for about 3 hours and was told by the service department they couldn't reproduce the issue so they couldn't fix it. This problem happens 95 percent of the time. Since I live on the eastern shore of Virginia taking another day off from work was not an option, so I took it to Midway Chevrolet and within 30 minutes they found the issue and ordered the part. Due to my experience with Priority's service department, I have no confidence that they can service this vehicle or any other. So my future purchases will be Midway Chevrolet. OUTSTANDING JOB Midway Chevrolet and my hats off to Kevin in service for keeping me updated with the progress on my car and for providing a loaner vehicle while awaiting parts and repairs.
