I found Dr. Hafez from a local breeder in Silver Spring MD. I was looking for a vet who had extensive experience with ear croppings that didnt charge an arm and a leg. I was first skeptical about going to Worcester Animal Clinic because of the few mixed reviews that they had but the negative reviews were related more to the hours of the place - not their actual service. I drove 190 miles to visit Dr. Hafez. The place is in no way a large hospital - a small town vet office but never the less, his skills were excellent.
If your business isn't open don't post that it is, what good is an answering machine if your pet has an emergency?
I have been going to Dr. Hafez for about 20 years and he has provided wonderful care to all my pets. I have always been happy with the service and recommend him to others:-)

It has been 2 days since my puppy's crop. This is my 3rd puppy that I got ear cropping done and the stitches are still intact, my puppy does not seem to be in pain, and my puppy's ears are already standing up (we had our pup get a short crop). There are no signs of infection and it looks like the recover will be very quick!
I took my 15 wk old American Bully in for a ear cropping. 30 mins into it my dog is DEAD !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! HE WAS A STRONG HEALTHY PUP !!! They gave him to much anstesiha !!!
