Our daughter had a bad ear ache. We pulled up at 7:42pm and were met out side the door by Daniel Cochran,DO. He said they were closed. I said the door says 8 my daughter has a bad ear ache. He then proceeded to say "you had 12 hours to get here!" Then rolled his eyes. He was extremely rude to my daughter and kept rolling his eyes while we filled out insurance paperwork. The front desk receptionist was very curtious and very nice.
Fast, efficient service provided in a professional manner. Your Docs In can handle most smaller emergencies and if not they will assist in referral to the nearest emergency room. They are also good about sharing their findings with your primary care doctor. Two thumbs up for these guys.
Woke up with an earache on a weekend morning. Drove up and was out the door with prescriptions within a half hour. Very professional staff without the wait and co$t of an ER visit.
My loved one had an extremely painful absess on his groin. It had to be cut and drained. A horrible procedure by any measure. The lady doctor there was amazing and gentle as she possibly could be. Her name is R. Gelinas. The rest of the nursing staff was kind and really seemed to care. I would have no problem going there for any medical issue I have. Gelinas is amazing
