Dr. David Foly with TLC offices in Pocomoke City, Md. Is a really good caring Doctor well experienced in his field. He listens well and seems to take the needed time for all of his patient's. A great guy! & he didn't even have to pay me one red cent to do this. A copper or silver one would of been nice? lol ... just kidding ...He really is one of the great's. A good man & a very fine Doctor. 5 Star all the way Thank you Dr. Foly The Jenkins family
