Sales representatives are excellent. They have always known the best fit for my body type and have a large arrangement of brands to choose from. I have been shopping here since high school prom.

Picked out my dream prom dress and haven't matched with anyone else's dress. Great staff and experience, since driving all the out from Salisbury.

Great service even on a busy prom season day.

I came into the store Friday, November 11, 2016 all the way from Salisbury. This was my very first dress shopping experience. I was greeted by a very nice man and was told someone would be right with me and to feel free to look around. He told me that the dresses were not organized by size, they were organized by designer. This made the process of finding the right size very time consuming. I had looked through all of them while still waiting for assistance. Several had dirt, stains and missing buttons. I estimate it was about 10 minutes or so before the lady came over to assist me. She tried to get a little bit of an idea of what I was looking for and I told her. She insisted I "looked like a mermaid figure". She then went around to all the racks and snatched down a bunch of dresses. Before she was done gathering the dresses, she walked away to do something else. When she returned, I brought to her attention that I really liked this one dress. She went on to say "That dress (an A-line dress) won't work for you". I was very disgusted by this rude comment. I grabbed the dress anyways. As we were walking to the back she expressed that she didn't work on commission and so she and another lady would be assisting me. I tried on several dresses. I was not assisted in fastening the dresses nor have them clipped. I finally had to get my friend that came with me to fasten the dresses. The dressing rooms were tiny and the store was very hot. I found a dress that I liked and walked out to the big mirror that's basically in the wide open for all the customers to watch and my backside was showing for everyone to see. There was no privacy. Then before I knew it the same lady snatched a clip vail off of the rack and shoved it in my hair (good way to get lice if she does this to all the brides). Needless to say I was still in love with the first dress, but due to how rudely I was treated and the lack of professionalism I did not buy the dress and will not be returning. I don't feel like a store that treats customers this way should be rewarded with a $500 sale on a wedding dress. This place has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great selection.
