I rented a car here while my vehicle was being repaired due to hitting a deer. They had a car ready and waiting for me when they said they would. No complaints.

This was by far the best experience from a travel point of view, I have ever had.
Then to make things even easier, when my wife returned from dropping me off the next day, they came and picked the car up, saving her the extra hassle of having to drop the car off and ride with a stranger a half hour home.
I was stressed that I was going to miss my planned trip out of town because my car was giving me trouble. Well the inevitable happened and my car broke down the day before and while the mechanic was fixing it something else broke and my trip was not looking like it was going to happen, especially since the airport is 3 hours away.
I took a chance on calling Enterprise, after remembering the "we pick you up" slogan.
