They were OK. And a good value
Stopped in this local gem returning home from a scrubbed launch at Wallops Island. A fun and varied menu. The meal I had included spicy italian sausage that was actually spicy and quite flavorful. Prices are quite good and would be a great place for a quick and cheap bite to eat.
Stumbled upon this large 'diner' restaurant/lounge on our way home from NY. The outside doesn't say a whole lot for it, however once inside we were pleasantly surprised. It wasn't very busy, however we were at an odd time of 2-2:30 for a late lunch. Service was polite and efficient. Our sandwiches/wraps were good, with nice hot french fries, you also get a small cup of soup with your order which was tasty as well. Great place in a rural area and not fast food or a chain. Also looked like they had a nice big bar/lounge area attached to one side.
Good down home food and people. Not just country, shore style, but some Italian and Greek type choice too. Good food and good prices. Great soft shell crabs. Awesome breakfast.
I love to dine, drink, party, and meet nice people there. Love the bartender too. Great fun, enjoy kareoke, and the bands.
